Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates: 

Australia:
Orders over $75 Free. Express shipping $10
Orders Under $75 Flat Rate $7. Express shipping $15

New Zealand and International:
Orders over $75 Free. Express shipping $10
Orders Under $75 Flat Rate $10. Express shipping $20

These shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Shipping Methods: We provide free shipping in Australia and New Zealand and expect deliveries to be done in 3 to 9 days in Australia and 7 to 21 days in New Zealand. Shipping times may vary depending on where you are located in Australia or New Zealand.

Other International delivery times and shipping methods may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be between 14 and 21 days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as carrier delays or inclement weather. Additional shipping fees may apply for international orders.

Customs duties and taxes may be applicable for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer on arrival in your country.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to prevent any delays or issues with delivery. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: Ownership and insurance during shipment are the responsibility of the purchaser and ownership transfers to the purchaser on shipment of the goods; In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome for you.

Order dispatch: Any orders placed after midday will not be sent until the following business day.

Orders are delivered by a third party courier company; and therefore we are at the mercy of their shipping times. We will send you a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our HQ.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When ordering outside of Australia, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

Laws and Regulations: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Finnscott has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
